ESA moves its orbital metal 3D printer closer to operational use

The new SPP shares will be issued on 22 July 2026, one day after the offer closure date, with trading expected to begin on the ASX on 23 July 20 26. The proceeds from the SPP will be used to fund capital expenditure and meet forecast customer demand.
